Sylvamo Hosts World Headquarters Grand Opening

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Sylvamo hosted a grand opening of its new world headquarters in Memphis on Dec. 14. Since launching the world's paper company last year, team members have worked diligently to create a collaborative, modern and functional space to work and connect with colleagues.

The inaugural event included a ribbon-cutting ceremony, tours of the new headquarters and refreshments.

"Today marks another special milestone in our story with the grand opening of the Sylvamo world headquarters. The interior design supports our efforts to be the employer of choice and to build a culture of care and trust where we grow and succeed together," said Jean-Michel Ribiéras, Sylvamo chairman and chief executive officer.

Three floors of the Primacy I building were transformed to include more natural light, private rooms, work cafés and more than 60 collaboration spaces.

“They chose this great space. They renovated it. They’re just setting roots down in our community. We’re really happy,” Memphis Mayor Jim Strickland told WREG-TV.
