MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Sylvamo is pursuing a workplace represented by 30% women overall, 35% women in leadership and 25% minorities in North American salaried positions as part of its 2030 Goals. The company is excited to announce its first employee inclusion networks – women in operations and women in leadership.

Networks are voluntary, employee-led groups that provide a forum for team members to connect and engage diverse strengths by coming together around common interests and value-added efforts within the company. Participants have the opportunity to represent Sylvamo at community events, assist with diverse recruiting initiatives and increase culture competence through panel discussions, celebrations and more.

Additional networks will launch in 2023 and 2024. Learn more about Sylvamo’s 2030 Goals and current progress.
