Our most important responsibility is to ensure everyone returns home safe and well each day. At Sylvamo, we are focused on fostering a resilient safety culture. In 2023, we launched “People Before Paper.” The People Before Paper safety message was created to help our employees, contractors and other key stakeholders understand we care for people first, no matter what.

Engaging Communities

To accomplish our community engagement strategy, we leverage our people, products and resources to support our communities. Since 2021, we invested $9.4 million in partnerships and programs that support our strategic initiatives.
